Zajos, a vékony falak miatt nemcsak az utca zaja, hanem a szomszéd szobákból és a folyosóról is hallatszik minden.

Jó az elhelyezkedése.

Elégé lelakott.Csak fizető parkolási lehetőség van a közelében.

the location was excellent!!!

it was inconvient that i had to go to the lobby to use wifi. any hotel i have ever stayed in had it available in the room. also breakfast was disgraceful!!!! all that was available was a variety of bread. no fruit, no cheese, no ham etc. very poor. i would not have paid extra for it!

Location wise is very strategic, at the city centre. Room is neat and clean. However the fact that wifi is only available at the first floor is quite sad. They also dont have basic facilities such as hair dryer and iron like other hotels/hostels would. Breakfast is average but plenty.

Central location, reasonable price, hospitable staff, daily cleaning and free Wi-Fi.

Poor breacfast, very small room even without a window (the single window is only in the toilet facility), Wi-Fi is not available in the room, only in the lobby.

Good value for money and very helpful staff. We have used this hotel on a number of occasions now both for winter sports and for sightseeing, and have always been pleased to stay.

The room was small but clean with a nice bathroom. The bed was big and comfortable. The location is very good, near the historical centre of Granada and also near the Palacio de Congresos (2 stations by bus or 10 min walking). There is a direct line to the bus station (3,33) and the airport nearby. Free WiFi is available in the lobby. One day the breakfast was redirected to the 4star hotel Carmen and it was excellent, but the other 6 days the breakfast was in the hotel and it was what you would expected for the money (not very good).

There was not air conditioning in the room but only a ventilator, so you have to use dark curtains during the day (and the cleaners usually left them more open, so the room heats up during the day). Sometimes you need to have the ventilator switched on during the night (it is quite noisy, so if you have troubles with sleeping, this could be problem for you). You can watch only one TV channel. There was not any free electric power supply only in the bathroom! It is necessary to take a adapter (electric expansor) with yourself if you want to charge notebook, mobile, batteries and so on..

Lack of kettle in the room

It was very afordable (booked with Booked.net, otherwise a bit pricy), the staff was professionnal and the room was very confortable.

No ac, but were aware of that.

Although it is located on a busy main street, the hotel itself is quiet and very pleasant to step into, with friendly reception staff and a classic marble staircase to the guest rooms. My room was off a somewhat narrow corridor, but once inside I found a spacious double room looking out on to a small enclosed patio, so that it was completely shielded from the hurlyburly outside. The bathroom was modern and spotless. The self-service continental breakfast was fine, and the location, on a major bus route and within easy walking distance of a number of key visitor attractions, would be hard to beat. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, and thought it was fantastic value for money.

I didn't really find anything to dislike, but I would have liked to have a little more illumination in the bedroom (the bathroom was fine with its modern spotlights) as I like to be able to read at night.

Breakfast was ok and the location was excellent. Quite good value for money for a short stay.

The hotel is quite old in style and therefore the sound carries quite a lot around it.

The breakfast was absolutely wonderful.

The toilet seat was dirty, the fan was ontop of a cupboard and useless and there was not enough water pressure for a shower.
